IOC Summary
In 2020, the Institute of Coaching (IOC) conducted an inquiry into the impact of pandemic-era disruptions on organizations, leaders and leadership coaching.
Wendi joined IOC’s research and writing team to explore how executive coaching was supporting leaders to lead with compassion and humanity during the pandemic and beyond. She and four of her esteemed colleagues co-authored chapter IV, “Coaching Leaders to Change” in IOC’s Leading with Humanity: The Future of Leadership and Coaching.
