The Future of Leadership and Coaching
The Institute of Coaching, McLean, affiliated with Harvard Medical School, is delighted to share the results of a phenomenal, first-of-its-kind, collaboration of IOC fellows and the IOC team – 24 coaches, 12 months, and close to 1,000 collective hours.
Wendi Wasik, CEO of Wasik Consulting, contributed as an Executive Coach and IOC Fellow.
In 2020, the Institute of Coaching (IOC) conducted an inquiry into the impact of pandemic-era disruptions on organizations, leaders and leadership coaching.
Wendi joined IOC’s research and writing team to explore how executive coaching was supporting leaders to lead with compassion and humanity during the pandemic and beyond. She and four of her esteemed colleagues co-authored chapter IV, “Coaching Leaders to Change” in IOC’s Leading with Humanity: The Future of Leadership and Coaching.
Understand the impact of pandemic-era disruptions on organizations, leaders and leadership coaching and identify learnings to shape a post-pandemic future that better serves humanity, generates agility and resilience, and enables a sustainable future for all.
